Halite Creative is committed to tailoring offerings to your specific needs. Need just photography? No problem! Looking for something within specific budget restrictions? No sweat!

How are my delivered assets licensed?

Halite Creative offers two types of licensing for photo and video assets. Single priced photos and videos are licensed for single use on social media under one handle. Further posting, sharing, or use without written permission from Halite Creative is strictly prohibited.

Alternatively, Halite Creative offers content ownership options. Simply specify when booking that you would like to purchase your content, raw footage, and ARW photos. Doing so will give you full rights to licensure of digital assets purchased. This will allow you to license out said photos and videos to your sponsors.

Breaking your licensing agreement with Halite Creative will result in licensing fees and removal of assets from your socials for copyright infringement.

Halite Creative has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to copyright infringement.

What are Halite Creative’s accepted payment forms?

Halite Creative only accepts payment via electronic invoice. Once the last asset in your booking has been delivered your electronic invoice will be sent. Halite Creative accepts all accepted digital card types covered through Stripe, as well as Google Wallet, and Apple Pay.

Five business days after your invoice has been sent, it will be marked as late and will be subject to late payment fees. Halite Creative will never apply late fees without email notice.

What is Halite Creative’s cancellation policy?

We get it, plans change. Horses are unpredictable. You can cancel your booking free of charge within 24 hours of your ride time for horse show coverage. If your ride time is less than 24 hours from the time of cancellation you will be responsible for 25% of the booking fee. For farm shoots the same policy applies, just within 24 hours of shoot start. Halite Creative will always specify your shoot’s start time at booking to avoid confusion.
